Pete Carroll Enjoys Ice Cube
During ESPN.com’s live draft coverage of the first round Thursday night, Seattle Seahawks new head coach and former USC coach Pete Carroll shared his thoughts on the Seahawks first round selections of Russell Okung and Earl Thomas:
So why don’t Seahawks fans everywhere listen in with Pete Carroll:
With #14, Seattle selects…
S, Earl Thomas from Texas.
Seattle selects with #6…
Oklahoma State OT Russell Okung. The Seahawks have now found the replacement for OT Walter Jones.
Mike Williams, Marshawn Lynch anyone?
In a surprising move, the Seahawks have invited former USC WR Mike Williams to a voluntary mini-camp this coming weekend. Williams was the !10 overall selection in the first round in 2005 by the Detroit Lions. The large wide receiver never lived up to his potential while in the NFL and his desire to play was often questioned.
